I have lived in these apartments for 6 months. I have made numerous (over a dozen) complaints about neighbor's music to office managers. I still have problems with neighbor's music (the office managers told me to contact the police about it). The workmanship in the apartment is not made to last long with use. During the winter, I had a half inch of ice on the inside of all my windows. I called maintenance and showed them the windows and they said that nothing could be done. There are drafts from the windows and the doors. I can hear the people upstairs every move, including going to the bathroom and their telephone. For what you pay, this is not worth it. According to how other neighbors look and wear, there must be some sort of government program going on. People even dump their trash in the woods behind the apartment. Also, office staff do "apartment inspections" periodically. There are a lot of Mexican/Latin/--------American tenants with lots of unruly children.

It really sickens me that white people think that only Black, Latin and Mexican people have unruly children, drive SUV's with rims and are not good tenants. WHITE'S have and do the same things you describe and it is not a racial issue. I live in a wonderful neighborhood with Koreans, ------, Whites and Latin's and no our subdivision doesn't participate in a government program. You have terrorist's thoughts and are very dangerous. Some people like yourself are not raised to co-exist with other nationalities or are even taught to have social grace. That is not a racial issue it is a parenting issue that spans all races.

Evidently dominionrent, according to your own e-mail, you have revealed that you are a prejudiced, self proclaiming terrorist minded, very close minded, and judgemental person. We do not need people like you who are unpatriotic and problem rousers, but oh well after all we live in America. The country who I have put my life on the line for have served with pride. I guess it is people like you who give us, U.S. soldiers, a bad name. Clearly the post says, Mexican/Latin/American tenants. Oops, I guess you have revealed yourself. I support the United States Citizens. Illegals need to go back to their country, according to U.S. laws. It is not my personal opinion, but the law. See ya.

GOOD FOR YOU, "Anonymous"! It's clear that "dominionrent" - whatever that means - has problems with white people, so maybe he/she is the one with the race issue.
