Don't be fooled by the outside appearance.

As a former tenant i feel it is only fair to warn other potential residence & possibly save them the same headache i experienced. everything seemed great when i was a tenant other than having to move my vehicle around a car that stayed in the same parking space for no less than 4-6 months, coming out one Sunday afternoon to my work vehicle and seeing the front end smashed in due to someone backing into it and not even so much as an apology from the staff. Don't let me forget the pool full of non residences also and a pool pass that was never looked at once.
Thankfully my status as a tenant is over, and to top it all off, a little less than a month after moving i get a bill for $180.00 stating i stained the bathroom floor that required the replacement of it. I tried to convince the management i did not do this, and there response was due to you were a good tenant we will split it with you, gee thanks. What part of I DID NOT DO THIS DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND.
All i can say summed up is spend the extra money and stay somewhere that has adequate parking and is not looking to wiggle there way into your wallet for bogus damages. Guess going forward i should have hired an inspector prior to getting into this apartment. Stains on the floor that are typical in cheap materials and are common with age will end up costing YOU a pretty penny. BEWARE, and take my advice unless you have a degree in fine tooth comb ology, you may want to look elsewhere.
