It's okay... at best

The buildings are nice. Seems they rent to anyone w/o a criminal record so you get a mix of neighbors who may or may not be considerate of noise, trash etc.
The office staff is rude at best. A couple will be some what friendly but mostly they act like it's a burden to assit you or if you have issues with something.
I've had multiple things break or need to be replaced in my apartment and I've never been offered a discount on rent or anything. Many times my water has been shut off do to repairs, etc.
It's got nice amenities but between the office staff and the turnstyle of residents... I'd rate it less then average for the price.
