We've lived here for almost two years and love it. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful; I've been helped with my groceries up the stairs and the trash getting thrown in the compactor. They always show up quickly if you need help with something. They have special events during the year and this creates such a fun community feeling with your neighbors. Parking is always okay by my building and I have fantastic neighbors. It's a quick drive to the grocery store or the mall at Triangle Town Center as well as 540. We've never seen any problems with the grounds or lighting or safety and security. It's a nice place for those of us without super stellar incomes and is by no means a dump.
