I lived at brier creek for a couple years. What initially drew me there was the friendly staff. They knew me by name and we even became friends. Then the new people showed up. Without notice, the whole staff was new and they always acted like they didn't care about anyone. The worst part is that when I moved out they charged a lot of money for unnecessary maintenance. The carpet with minor spots could have been cleaned, yet they charged me to have new carpet in the apartment. I was glad to get out of there and be done with them. Beware!
