I would say 50/50.

Everyone is completely right about the pricing here. The rent is SUPER high for what you get. Around and above 800 for a 1 bedroom with no central air or heat and no washer dryer hookups.
If you tell the staff that you need something done in your apartment you basically have to stay on them constantly or it will definitely not get done. The office staff is not helpful and will not go out of their way for you.
Now, the grounds are really nice. No trashy cars and no litter on the property.
Very pet friendly. Kitchen is nice, bathroom is okay but you can't get much hot water at all. I had quite a problem with my neighbors. This place is loud. Loud at all hours. But it is very safe. Coded entry and 3 elevators. If you are a do-it-yourselfer this is good for you. The front staff is not gonna do much beyond move you in and take your money.
Parking is a bit crowded. Apartments are super small for the money they want. They increase everyones rent about 20 percent at the end.
Its a mixed bag so be careful. If you like college dorms and loud summer parties this could work for you.
There are no extras here.
Pray for a good neighbor and no maintenance issues and it is nice.
There are a lot of other Glenwood apartments cheaper than these. Actually every apartment on Glenwood is cheaper. The only good reviews of these apartments are from the staff themselves.
You should look around and if you feel like you love it there, take a chance. You have a 50/50 shot.
