Since the new company took over this apartment complex, the staff went completely dowhill. They used to be friendly and cooperative but now they are just angry people looking to steal your money at any chance they get. I would never recommend this apartment to a friend. If there is alot of concrete between the walls, it surely doesn't work to prevent all kinds of noise. Plus with having to have a window unit A/C, you can't hear your stereo or TV anyway.

I agree completely! Whoever says that you can't hear your neighbors must be in some luxury apartment that I wasn't amde aware of. I could hear everything that my neighbors did, including something so small as their closet door creaking as they closed it before bed each night. I find it completely embarassing that the Beckanna staff rates their own apartment complex on here to try to raise the rating. The maintenance staff truly is wonderful, as is Laney in the front office. I found the Beckanna to be nice on the surface, but as you get deeper into it you will see it's all a show. Rent for yourself, I'm sure you will share the negative sentiments once it's time to move out and they charge you for everything under the sun.
