The staff is professional. When it snowed and the sand machines had not come, my car was stuck --- one of the leasing agent came out and drove my car back to a parking spot. I have called them quite a few times and they always jump on things. The maintenance people are polite, on time if you make an appointment and most importantly know what they are doing. My favorite part about Paces Forest is that it is right beside Shelly Lake. I go running there all the time and absolutely love it. My neighbors are quiet and very polite. No, they are not perfect (but what place is) - one time I did have to call them twice for the same problem, but I have lived in a few apt communities and this community has the best staff overall. The grounds are not as beautiful and up-to-date as I would like it to be and could be rennovated, but one of my old places was absolutely amazing on the outside and I ABSOLUTELY hated the staff because they all were stuck up snobs who did not like to come to work and actually work. I have already recommending this place to quite a few people and plan to renew my lease when it is up. I have a balcony, fireplace, garbage disposal, dishwasher, washer and dryer hook-up, walk-in closet and my bathroom is separate from the bedroom.
