I moved in to this apartment because I thought I was getting a really good deal on the price. During the application process (after they already had my money) the office contacted me to tell me they "mis-quoted" the price and that it would actually be more. After haggling the price ended up being in the middle; however, I wish we didnt have to pay even what we are paying to live here. There are giant roaches everywhere outside. When you go out of your house at night you can see them on the walls and if you open your door or the glass door they will crawl in. Everyone here seems to have a dog, and they all bring them in front of my building to use the bathroom...and none of them clean it up. Maintenance guys here are polite and friendly but the work it not that great. I found so many things in my apartment after I moved that should have been fixed before I moved in that still are not. The neighborhood is very quiet...too quiet. I was complained on after having 5 guests over for dinner and socializing because apparently it is against the rules to talk on your back porch. I have met some nice people that live here and overall it is OK but the office people are just horrificly unintelligent. They forget everything and dont know their own procedures. The layouts are nice though so for a first apartment it wont be too bad, but you have to deal with bugs everywhere and an office team that has no idea what they are doing.
