I've lived here since 2005 and since that time the complex has been sold to new owners; however that doesn't mean things have improved. I will have to admit that the outside of the apartments have changed drastically, they painted and added flowers along the property. However, on the inside, walls are cracking, the floor in the kitchen and the master bathroom is sinking, the master bath tub is sinking, and the list continues. Also, now they try to charge you for everything. Throwing trash in the city owned bin- $6, leave a trash bag outside your door -$25, if you have pets and don't clean up after them- $25, if you smoke and leave the cigarette ends -$25, the list continues. They think that fining people for everything is the way. In reality it is pushing the long term renters away. The bugs during the summer are terrible. The oversized roaches are too much. Also, maintenance never really fixes anything. I had to call them 6 times about the same problem. The office staff never answers the phone, and this is after I've just driven by and seen them sitting at the desk. And, if they do answer, quote you some policy, because they really don't know the answer. I'm seeking another place to live...but I have to get through another 6 months first. Do yourself a favor....don't let the outside fool you.

The trash bins are not city owned - apartment communities must pay for the trash to be picked up through a sub-contractor that is approved by the city - it is not included in the property taxes that are paid to them for the community (ask and you shall find out as I did and I was even shown the bill that they pay each month - it's not cheap) and do you think that the rubbish that is left next to the dumpster is picked up for free - they pay some man to come out every week to pick up that stuff too -trash outside your apartment please - I don't want to smell your rotten trash, good if they charge you then - pets - again, I don't want to smell your dogs poo and especially do not want to step in it nothing like seeing a big pile of dump laying on the grass - Cig Butts- you mean you can't just dispose of your cigeratte butts properly - I got the letter too - you lie - they didn't say they were going to charge at all - all they ask is if you dispose of them correctly due to the horrible fires that just took out over 30 townhouses due to an inconsiderate smoker that the butt was still lit and the pine straw caught fire - don't you want to take care of your surroundings? Office staff - hmmm - it is really a 1 person staff there - maybe you would like to go in there and help sometime - and finally - quote a policy - just because they don't know the answer maybe because you don't like the policy that is in writing and the answer that they just gave you wasn't the answer you were lookig for - geeze people who complain - no one can say anything nice anymore - gripe and see who can do what to whom - sue people and if they don't get want they want, have a temper tamdrum - grow up people and state the facts not lies.

I love living there... the staff is kind and from what I see is always busy dealing with people. Ive never had a problem that wasnt taken care of the same day if not the next. The location is terrific and the rate is fair...
