I have lived in this property for about 7 months and have enjoyed being here! i have had minor problems and the leasing staff and maintenance guys were quick to get it fixed.(i'm very happy w/ the maintenance and leasing staff!!!) i don't know what some of these people are talking about' the property is well kept and is a very cozy place to live! My neighbors are good people and if your out in the parking lot w/ a dead battery, someone probably will ask you if you need some help.(i have even seen the maintenance guys out there helping someone.) It almost feels like your part of a small community when you live here..Some people will complain if they see a candy wrapper laying on the ground and blame it on management and expect them to take care of it....Take pride in where your living and pick it up yourself! Leave the bigger problems for staff..Once again, i like it here and so will you, so don't take bad reviews "for gospel". Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! thanks berkshires!
