A nice place to live

Overall, the complex is a little better than we expected. There are a LOT of people living here! A LOT of townhomes obscuring the river views. Some children playing in the streets. Sometimes parking is a problem for your guests. Maintenance is generally prompt and adequate. Office staff is courteous and buisness-like. Neighbors that we have met are nice and friendly. The only noise problem we have had is with a new neighbor's barking dog; we are hoping he will get "settled in" soon.
