I started out in a two-bedroom townhome, near the rental office, on the green. Probably the highest traffic location they have - and had no minimual issues with traffic noises, exclusively due to one particular neighbor. I had one maintenance issue - the washing machine installed by Best Buy - was not installed properly, and leaked through to the first floor while I was out of town. Maintenance came immediatly, fixed the istall problem, and when the 1st floor ceiling dried, repainted so the water stain did not show. I have not had any further maintenance issues.

1.5 years ago, I moved to a 3 bedroom. It's a great neighborhood environment for people with children, pre-school to highschool age. A very community feeling.

Rental and Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful!!!!
