High traffic problems due to many rental units being crammed into a small area. Visitor parking is always a problem as this developement lacks sufficient over flow parking spaces. Maintence is slow to respond. I have had two maintence claims. The first claim was lack of hot water and it took four days to get a plumber to my unit. The second claim was for a malfuntion with my AC unit and it took two days to get the proper people to repair the problem. There is a large number of children in this small area. Children continuously play in the street and it is common for them to dart out in front of oncoming traffic. I have witnessed many near miss accidents as a result. I used to have a beutiful view of the river banking from my unit. The construction company is now using this area to dump construction dirt into a huge mound with no intention of moving this. It is causing large deposits of mud on the road after it rains. Children openly play on this unstable mound and I have witnessed several injuries as this area is not properly roped off as a construction site. In fact, there are no signs posted and minimal deterents. Overall construction of the unit is poor. There is no dog run so my yard is always littered with dog feces. On the positive side, the office staff is friendly and approachable. Sound proofing within the units is good. My immediate neighbors are awesome and I can walk the streets at night and feel safe.
