I've lived in Blackwolf Run for almost 2 years now. When I signed my lease, I got an unbelievable deal, which is the main reason I continue to live there. The parking is a big issue because street parking is not allowed, and each unit only has 2 parking spots. There are a lot of children who play in the street and in my yard, and that's kind of irritating - But their parents' faults, not the community's. The amenities are wonderful. The only bad thing is that the 1 bedroom townhomes have very little living space.
