We lived here for almost 2 years - there were many benefits such as the health club membership, river views/trail, quiet & safe atmosphere, fair amount of space (including tons of storage space).. but this is a total suburban development nightmare. The type of place where they mow down the trees and cram as many units in as possible. Soundproofing between units is poor, as is typical for any new construction. You also have to drive to get ANYWHERE. Every place looks the same that even I would sometimes drive past our townhome even after living there for a year. We now live in an older house close to downtown and even though the Blackwolf Run townhomes were a bit cleaner and better maintained we are much happier.
