I have lived here for almost 3 years and I enjoy it. I am the first resident that has lived in my townhome. The staff has been very nice to me and is helping me use my equity to purchase my first home. I don't know of many places that allow you to build equity by just renting there. The maintenance team is super quick and very responsive. Don is a great guy and is always very nice when he completes my maintenance requests. We moved here becuase my husband loved the idea of free golf. In the summer he plays several times a week. I have never had any problems - I think it is a great neighborhood. I have everything I need, 2 pools, tennis, playgrounds, golf, and a nice gym. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to live in a nice neigborood setting.
