I lived in a one bedroom townhome and after only a few months my house was broken into. I did not feel safe in my home and the management said they would work with me on the problem but they didn't. In fact they were not helpful at all. Their locks are faulty and their staff is not professional. It took them weeks to even respond to the problem. It seems like a great place from the outside but I would suggest looking at other homes. Safety should be a high priority when looking at a home and a neighborhood and hedingham failed to make me feel safe in their community.

I have lived here in hedingham in a one bedroom apartment for the last 3 years. I have never had a problem with safety concerns although I live alone. Any problem or concern that I have had has always been addressed promptly and with great outcome. I am sorry that you had a bad experience but be realistic that a breakin can occur in any neighborhood but overall this one is great.

I have to say I've also lived in this neighborhood since 2001 and have never had any burglary issues. That type of problem can happen in any neighborhood but the fact that many cops live in the area, make it a little safer than most.
