I could not resist writing a review for this place. I guess the name has changed quite a few times since I was there. I lived there years ago when I was an undergrad at NCSU (it fit my budget) and it was called Cinnamon Ridge. Let this be your
warning. My problem was never with the management since I thought they were fairly responsive although they were never able to get rid of the roaches (yep, they have been there for over 15yrs), but all other problems they resolved quickly. But before I forget, also like the other poster, the showers were an adventure. Anyway, my problem was with the neighbors. They did not care about nor were considerate of each other. Loud music (and when I say loud I mean I cannot hear my own TV since their stereo is so loud), honking horns at 5am, my car was broken into (and breaking into a 1970 beetle owned by a poor college student still doesn't make sense to me), drugs, paper thin walls and the final straw that made me leave were the gun shots. Actually,
the gun shots had happened quite often, but I was dumb enough to believe that they were fireworks until I saw people taking cover
and a car speeding away!!
It seems as though the management is trying to clean up the place, but I doubt that will happen. I think that I remember that this community was once a government housing project. A new paint job will have little effect on the people within the apartments and the current tenants will generally discourage those desirable tenants from staying or even coming into the community.
