I moved in to this apartment complex a few months ago. This is not my first apartment, but it very well may be my last. I don't plan on leaving here until I have the money to build a house of my own.
The staff (Jennifer, the propery manager in particular) is always nice, friendly, and willing to help. She managed to get me into an apartment that fit my needs, and was even able to help me with getting in at an earlier date than I thought I was going to need originally. She found me an aparment in the building I liked, on the floor I liked, and is always pleasant when I come to the office.
The apartments are clean, quiet, and well laid out. I am in a 1 bedroom, and the porch is huge with ample storage space in the storage unit outside the apartment. The bedroom is nicely sized and has two large closets for storage. The kitchen is clean with nice cabinets, a nice dishwasher, and every applicance you need except for a toaster oven. The bathroom is nice with a good closet for linen storage.
I have someone underneath me who enjoys music very much, but they don't play it loud enough for me to hear during the "quiet hours" of 10pm to 10am, so I have no problems with it.
The gym is always a big selling point for me. The gym is small, but for the most part, you can get a decent workout in it.
Overall, I couldn't ask for more in an apartment complex. Friendly staff, great apartments, and a good location.
EDIT: I've since moved out and bought a house of my own. I had a great experience at Brookefield. I had my hot water heater die on me a few months before I moved out at 3 a.m. I got it turned off, and it was replaced the following day before I got home. The maintenance staff is great, and so is everyone else I dealt with there.
I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone.
