I lived at Brookfield for 2 years before I bought a house. I recommend this complex to anybody. The location is fantastic especially now that shopping, entertainment, recreation, and quality schools are nearby. It is set within walking distance to Durant Park's trails and housing developments that have sidewalks. Management was handled by one woman who was always spectacular. Service was quick. The complex is not terribly big. The grounds are always well cared for. I really enjoyed this apartment. The interior is luxurious for the price. Huge bathroom, bedroom, closets. Lots of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Since the front door does not face the parking lot, but covered on the interior of the building, I always felt safe. Check it out!
