I have lived here at Brookefield for five years and I feel like I have found a hidden gem. The apartments are off the beaten path, in a residential neighborhood and are bordered by a pond where my husband likes to fish. I feel comfortable walking my dog through the community and know many of my neighbors by name. I agree with the rest of the people who have posted. This community is quiet, convenient and secluded. Donnie, the maintenance guy has been here as long as I have and he is attentive and good at his job. Our new manager seems friendly and willing to help. I love it here and intend to stay another five years.
