I beleive I stayed there in 2003-2004. The front office lady was always very nice. The maintence was horrible at first, then they rehired and it was a whole lot better. No, it not a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment but I was in one smaller than that. In some units of the apartments there was a lot of -------- that liked to stay outside and drink. I didn't have that problem in my unit. I did stay where the 2 creeks met and one day it flooded bad. My car was ruined for it got drowned in the flood water and so was my apartment. They payed for the tow truck to come get the car and for a hotel that whole week while they fixed my apartment again. They also reduced my rent for the month. So in all, it has had it's problems but in the end it was a very decent place to stay. When I moved out, they didn't charge me for "extra things" like so many other apartments do and they gave me the complete security deposit with no problems. Since there I've stayed at 2 other complexes that where horrible!! Being at those places helped me realize that more than likely every apartment has it's flaws but Brookhill was the best. I'm currently in the process of moving back again.
