It's old and needs to be updated. I think management wrote most of the reviews saying it's great. See for yourself and decide.
Crime can be a problem here too.

I'm not management, and I loved the place. I'm sorry you've had such a bad experience. But I would move back here in a heartbeat if I ever moved back to Raleigh.
