Great Place! And I do not work there...

2007 began my 5th year living in this complex and I am still happy.
Sure, it is a little dated and the workout room could use some updates, but I have lived in many apartment complexes and this one stands out as the best.
I got in on a great rent deal, which they do run from time-to-time.
The location is awesome, minutes from Glenwood South, I-440 and North Hills!
The maintenance guys are great & repairs are made within less than 24 hours.
The management staff is very friendly.
The grounds are well-maintained.
It is a very quiet complex, with few "party" people.
I have minimal to no noise from my neighbors as the walls are pretty sound-proof (compared to some of the newer, cheaply built apartment buildings I have live in).
Where there are sometimes problems is with tenants who do not respect the grounds, the pool and the work-out room.
As far as crime issues, that can happen anywhere.
I only know of 2 incidents that have happened in the 5 years I have been there.
I know people who used to live here and say how much they miss it.
I would highly recommend it.
