I have lived here for almost a year and recently learned that my rent is going to increase considerably. You'd think that apartment companies would want to keep their residents, but increasing the rent by over $100 is absurd. In my building alone there are at least 3 empty units that have been empty since February. Makes you wonder why they're having such a hard time filling them.

For the price, these places could be nicer. We have bugs constantly even though they say that the units are sprayed. I've been there and seen this spraying. He walked in the kitchen and was out of the apartment within 2 minutes. That's not pest control. When I reported this nothing was done about it.

And the staff, they can be friendly at times but for the most part they don't really have any answers for you. If I had it to do over again, I would not have moved here.
