I've seen better, but DEFINITELY seen worse!

We've only lived here a few months, but so far have been satisfied with the apartment & staff.
Luckily, it seems the 'shrew' in the office has been replaced. I've talked with both Rhonda & Monica and they've been helpful & friendly every time. Monica is fantastic & knowledgeable and has always made me feel welcome AND respected.
We love the layout, usually find ample parking & are relatively satisfied with the noise level. We've noticed the insulation & fixtures could be better, but still decent.
Overall, we recommend this place now.
