I have lived here for a year. They jacked up the prices of a one bedroom from 615 to 670 within a couple months, so I won?t be staying. I don't think the apartments have fire walls which allows you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Parking for my building is absolutely horrible. And there are abandoned cars in the parking lots with flat tires. The management is never there when you call. And the maintanence people are nothing special. Being right next to Six Forks Road you hear every car with bass flying by at 2am with their "lawnmower" mufflers screaming. And the property is unsafe due to its location.
