Speaking from a property management perspective, these reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt. For every person who writes a negative comment, you can be assured that things more than likely didn't go as they would have liked (sometimes it is indeed the management's fault but mostly the writing of a nasty review is due from somebody not getting what they wanted, quick enough, not getting the answer they would have liked, or possibly it is actually due to a lack of the resident understanding policies and guidelines within a business). For the people who write positive comments' Thank You!!! It isn't easy making everyone happy in the apt industry.
