I agree that staff is very hard to reach- you have to call before 5 or you're basically screwed. However, most of the problems in my apt when I moved in were fixed quickly (although not all), my neighbors are very nice, parking is fine (although there are a few shady cars), it's very quiet, and the apartments are spacious and cute. The washer and dryer option is also awesome and so far I'm really liking having them in my apartment.
