I am Patricia a resident in a 1bdr w/loft (2bth) in and I love it. I moved in Apr 06 and will be staying. I have had my service requests resolved w/i 24hrs (or less most times). I even had a broken water heater (not my fault) on a friday and they ordered the part, moved my stuff out of the storage closet, and put it back by the time I got home from work on Monday. I didn't have the best past and Gail, the prop mgr worked w/me. They are older women,not young girls and they are really nice. The newest person doesn't always have answers and has to defer to one of the others sometimes, but when is that not the case when you are new somewhere' Then too, even if you've been somewhere for forever, you may not know everything. I have even paid my rent late once or twice and haven't been treated rudely AT ALL!!! You NEVER know what the other side of someone's story is, but I haven't had any of the problems they are mentioning. I am about to get a roommate and transfer to a 2bdr/2.5bth and they are very accomodating with everything so far. Its really about how you treat and talk to people, and not just when you think they need you, but just in general. I love the community and the staff, even maintenance is great and friendly...I'm staying here until I buy a house or move out of the city! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
