I agree with many of these comments, both the good and the bad. The apartments are cute and in a good location.
The staff was great when we were looking at moving in and even while we were paying rent and living there. For the most part all service calls were handled satisfactorily.
Once you give notice that you plan to move, though, LOOKOUT! They seem to do everything in their power to block you from an easy move. They will hold money if possible, too, so keep track of everything and do not for one minute thing they will still be of any service to you if you need them.
