My wife and I moved down to Raleigh in July of 2008 from Upstate NY (2 weeks after getting married) and were undecided where to start our new life together. The instant we entered Cambridge Apartments, we fell in love with it. There is absolutely everything you could want in an apartment community. Amenities include a sparkling pool, sand volleyball court, 24hr fitness center, tennis court, basketball, FREE coffee, FREE mountain bikes to rent, and FREE dvd (new releases!!) rentals. Also during our stay here, Cindy, Diana, and Joe have organized community pool parties, wine tastings, and more.

The amenities are hands-down the best that I have seen, but the goods don't stop there. The staff at Cambridge has always been extremely helpful. The leasing consultant, Joe Falco, is always looking to go the extra mile to make sure that your stay at Cambridge is smooth sailing. I find comfort in the fact that after living here for a while, I see the Cambridge staff as friends, not the dreaded apartment complex staff like everyone else describes at other places. Joe, Cindy, and Diana are always good for a nice conversation as well.

After living in a one bedroom, one bath apartment for our first year at Cambridge, my wife and I are upgrading to a two bedroom, two bath apartment here. Normally, this would be needless details, but I think it must be said that Joe made every effort to make sure that our transition to our bigger apartment was a piece of cake.

Last but definitely not least, the maintenance staff (John and Gene) are spectacular! They keep the complex in pristine condition. All maintenance requests are attended to and resolved so much quicker than anywhere else I have lived. AND the problem is resolved the FIRST TIME they show up! Like the other staff members, John and Gene, are extremely kind and welcoming. To any prospective renters out there, I highly recommend Cambridge Apartments...it's the one apartment community you can actually call home.
