The Apartment itself is very spacious and roomy...one of the roomiest i?ve ever seen in this area. But after living here for almost 2 years....there are a few things that bother me. FIRST of all the Parking. Parking is Horrible, put on your walking shoes when you arrive after 6 pm from work. Living on the Ground floor was hideous after seeing so many dead roaches, grass hopppers, frogs, spiders, you name it, we got it. I do realize that theft is a serious issue in the Raleigh area, but 2 break-ins for me has made me very sour. (one of which was ONE Day after getting a garage, breaking into garages happens alot here) Shady gates, they are fixed every 6 months, so just because you think you?re special with a gate...your wrong. Management was sooo darn nice and friendly with me when I moved in here, now they give me the fake "hello" everytime I see them.

right on target, i experience the same thing minus the thefts, i was very lucky i hear.... cause i there was a notice that went around where they were warning residents that your car's tires might get slashed by a local serial slasher..... that alone would make living at this dump way too expensive....
