Our apartment is so unique. The Summit Crest is surprisingly open to allowing tenants to make themselves at home. I've even sponge painted my living room! For those with bug issues wise up, the first floor will be bad in North Carolina no matter how the building is put together. My only complaint is the mess the children make in the halls in regards to trash, and fortunately that seams to have subsided with the latest cold snap. Nothing keeps kids off the streets like a good old fashioned North Carolina winter!
