Summit Crest is an awesome community. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable for the location in North Raleigh. The previous comment is not true and does reflect the opinion of the entire commumnity. The first thing is learn how to spell correctly incompentent! :)
Next, get a life and move if you are not happy! Why stay there, there are lots of other apartment communities around!!!!

stay because otherwise I will have to pay you or give you a month of rent which you only find out you need to do once you read the convoluted contract they have you sign, which not even management understands... also it costs to move, at least 600 bucks, locally that is, so there , thats why we dont move right away... summit crest is not awesome, its gruesome, not well maintained, staff is hypocritical, fake, although there's a young blonde within the staff that is quite cute.... just look at your average score, 50% would recommend you, that speaks volumes, if you are not sold, why dont you have everyone in summit fill out a survey on this site, i bet you will have wished it had stayed at 50%..... scummit infest! is the translation....
