The management at Summit Crest is rude and unprofessional. Complaints are ignored. Phone calls are not returned. The apartments themselves are nice...nothing really special, but nice. I would not recommend this complex to others. I've experienced better service at much cheaper complexes. If the management and maintenace staff were replaced I would renew my lease and reccomend Summit Crest to others. I would rather move after only one year than stay simply because of the lackluster service.
