I cannot understand why people seem to be so unhappy' It must be a personal issue' I have lived at Summit Crest for 2 years! I absolutely love this community! They have a playground, a nice fitness gym and a movie theatre that was just completely revamped with new speaker system and equipment. Management has always been kind, helpful and the manager even helped me carry groceries to my apartment one day. They seem to go out of their way to please. I have seen many great additions to the property- The fitness gym has had some equipment added, the new equipment in the theatre just to mention a few. There has been a management change, 1 in the last 16 months (not too bad if you ask me) and the manager that was there before the new one- she went to work at another Summit Community right down the road! It is not as if everyone was fired or mysteriously dis-appeared'
I highly recommend this community for anyone who would like a quality home that is close to everything!
Management is wonderful, Maintenance is wonderful and the property- well, it speaks for itself

are you kidding me? i lived there for 8 months and there were at least 3 different managers during that period of time and a complete turnover of office staff to boot. and as far as the movie theater goes, i wouldnt know about that considering everytime we tried to use it the damn thing was 'out of order'. i dont think we are talking about the same summit crest

I like the place. I've been there a year now. Parking is fine for me. I have plenty of spots to choose from. The theatre was nice. I've used it about 6 or 7 times. The only time I've seen it not working was when someone else tried to use it for something than what it was to be used for. I'm a tech. I know. The only things that I don't like is that gate breaks when someone runs into it or a powersurge takes it out and everyone tries to throw out garbage on the same day. (That's why I do it on a different day) If there is anything else that I need to complain about, it is some of the people who don't treat the community that well.

i totally agree about the turnover in office staff. 1 in 16 months? you must have not been paying attention. I can personally name 3 different mangers since ive been here 1.5 years, not to mention like 8 diff leasing consultants...once a whole staff disappeared..i.e. laurie, mike, and jennifer..they were all working in the office together and before i knew it...all were gone replaced by Kesha, and 2 other girls who's names i never got...now there are completely different again!...so yeah they can't keep staff or managers very well

people should pay more attention to their own lives instead of the office personel's. Obviously, there are only but a few people working in the office to deal with how many tennants? Some people are impatient and need to understand that they do not always come first.
