I've been here a year and I am quite satisfied with it. I'm not one to complain much anyway (not professional) There is plenty of parking. (I don't always have to park on my doorstep. I can walk.) The only time I hear much noise is if I'm home during the day (or jobless). That's maintance getting work done before most people get home from work. Or I hear my neighbor upstairs vacuuming. We had a talk and we're both cool about it. The neighbor next door keeps the dog quiet as best she can. I thank them for it. The garbage compacter is broken now but when it's fixed it's adequate. I know not to throw my trash out the same day everyone else does. Just like traffic. There are ways to avoid rush hour. The theatre is great. The time when it was broken is when someone tried to play with parts they weren't suppose to in order to try to get it to work a certain way. I know because I'm a tech and a saw and fixed it and used right after. On the whole, there are much worse neighborhoods to live it. I'm staying.
