Management at all levels is unresponsive to tennant needs. It is not until you have a real concern that you are faced with the incompetence of this apartment staff. Do not move here! Lydia is not patient enough to discuss real issues and simply forwards you onto the next manager who then begins the circle of confusion. Be wise and heed these words.
