I haven't had any major complaints while living here. There have certainly been some minor things, but that will happen anywhere you go. The gate into the apartment complex is usually broken (it remains open even at night), which I LIKE, since I didn't want the inconvenience of a gated community anyway. The theatre has had some problems with people stealing parts, but that's not really their fault. My neighbors are occasionally loud, but if you talk with them, you can come to an understanding.

On the other hand, I've really enjoyed my two years here. Parking is never a problem, even though there aren't assigned parking spaces. The rent itself is EXTREMELY good, considering how nice the apartment complex is. The 2 pools are great. Maintenance is always fairly quick to respond, since if there's a minor problem, I really don't mind waiting a day or two as long as the problem gets fixed. They've also been working on some minor renovations to improve the appearance, such as repainting everyone's front doors, etc.

The only reason I'm moving out is because both of my roommates decided to purchase townhouses instead of continuing to rent, and I'm moving out of town myself. It's a great place - I definitely recommend it!
