I'm not sure these people live in the same community. I've lived here for over a year now and I love it. The community is probably one of the most beautiful in Raleigh. The grounds are kept clean, the buildings are nice and the amnenities are great. The compactor does get a little over crowded on Sunday, but that is because EVERYONE dumps their garbage then, I don't think you can blame managment for that. I've had a few issues I've had to have the office staff handle and they have always been proffesional, pleasent and nice. I've never seen them be rude or had them be rude to me. I suspect that some people who claim them to be rude wanted something they couldn't have or were told no. The office staff has bent over backwards for me.
I LOVE living here. The amenities are great!! Where else are you going to find a great movie theater and fitness center for these prices' And the location is great too. You people who are complaining are crazy!! Summit Crest is a great place to live!! I love it here and plan to stay for at least another year till I find a house.
