The staff is very cavalier and non-chalant in responding to request and messages. They make you pay $40 for cable even if you don't want it. That seems illegal.

As a fellow resident, I completely agree with this review. The money is paid to Camden Crest supposedly for cable but if they have all residents paying this mandatory fee, they must get a discount from Time Warner and pocket the profit (the price we pay for expanded basic seems to be the going rate). Legal or illegal, it's not right!
