I am a current resident of Camden Crest and I have no idea what these people are talking about. Maybe each building is different and I just lucked out! Whatever the case, I have had absolutely no problems here, other than an air conditioner problem. I called the office and the maintenance person was at my apartment within an hour. The grounds are well kept and I have absolutely no issue with noise.

My only complaints are the trash charges (and lack of recycling receptacles) and the parking. If only people would walk their lazy butts from a less crowded parking lot instead of parking illegally. I'm afraid that I will hit someone else's car!

don't move here, this place is terrible!!! original comment above is from management, they are total cheaters and liars, they will keep your deposit and come up with obscure charges once you are all moved in, move on and run fast!!!

I suppose you are trying to say that I am lying. I wrote this review and, I am not management. I have absolutely no connection with this facility, other than I live here. If you want to contact me directly you can. In the future, I would suggest that you would try to contact the person who made the comment before you start making accusations.

I am glad to see your comment. I just rented an apt here and I am glad that someone took the time to write a good review. I wish people would realize, its an APARTMENT, you get what you pay for. I just want to know that it is safe. I haven't seen the place yet and am going on my parents impression since they had to lease it b/c I am still in TX.

I honestly believe that this was written by a member of the "management team" at Camden Crest. I am leaving Camden Crest as soon as my lease ends. I've been talked down to and lied to one two many times. I moved in last August and have never had a maintenance issue taken care of in less than 2 weeks???including my heating/air unit going out. I have had 1 maintenance request in since October 2006. Anytime I ask when this will be done it???s always the same answer, ???The maintenance staff is very busy, but they should get to it next week.??? Finally I went in to talk with the very helpful ???management team??? regarding why my request was still on hold, since OCTOBER 2006. I was told by one of the new girls that, they would get to it when they get to it, in a very snooty kind of way. I asked when and she yelled at me. This is unacceptable, I pay for her to help me. So if you are looking for a place where the management likes to yell, lie and cheat you out of as many dollars as they can???come on down to Camden Crest! If you do live at Crest and must talk with someone at the office, contact Tanya. My comments above have nothing to do with her. She is sweet and very knowledgeable. Everyone else in the office is an idiot.

I also have lived in Camden and never had issue with anything. I have made complaints about the late night "noisy" swims and the issues were handled immediately by the policemen on sight. Furthermore, I have had "emergency maintenance" concerns (leaking water) and someone from maintenance was at my apartment within an hour of my speaking to the office staff. My experience was good. It is true it is a bit noisy; however, it is an apartment. If noise is an issue or pet peeve perhaps you should look to rent/buy a home as you will get that with any apartment complex in which you reside.
