This is a terrible place to live. I lived there from january 07 to December 07. When I decided to move out i paid allllll fees and everythign was fine. Two weeks later I receive a bill for cleaning charges. when i was moving out they ask you if you want to have a cleaning crew clean the apartment for you and i declined stating I would clean it myself. I did so VERY thoroughly and was still charged the $75 cleaning fee. It's a scam. They are never there when you have a problem with your apartment but hound you for un-owed fees. Trust me, chose another apartment

I lived there for 2 years and moved out because we bought a house. They offered us the same thing and I chose to clean it myself. I worked hard on getting that apartment cleaned because I wanted to make sure we would not get charged for anything. I didn't get charge anything, maybe you didn't clean it as good as you thought you did. I liked living there. It's a nice place and worked out great for us.
