this complex looks nice, but beware. horrible staff, loud (paper thin walls). if you want to hear your neighbor going to the bathroom, then this is the place for you. let's see.........also right after we moved in it rained really hard, and the inside of our walls were completely wet (so you know fthere is some serious mold going on). but the staff said there is no mold because you cannot see it. (absolutely no care from them.....ridiculous charges (cable, trash)
also, if you want to sleep in forget it.....they have the lawn people there blowing leaves around all the time.

just think twice!!

LOL! You are soooo right about everything you just wrote. The pipes are terrible, you can hear everytime your neighbor flushes their tolet. I had a problem with my light fixture in the hallway leaking water, yes water! and my ceiling was leaking water on top of that. The carpet and fixtures are horrible. Very cheap materials they use. For as much as we are paying for in rent there, please upgrade me to the good ----! I moved in Feb 08 and soon after that I had problems with a neighbor of mine having his dog poop in front of my bedroom window and not even pick up after it. I signed a 15 month lease, why in the hell did I do that! The cable and trash should very much so be optitonal! In front of my building and probably in front of everyone else's building there are these wasps that are flying all over the place, but according to the office, they don't bite. I don't give a hoot! Who says I want my children going outside and having about 3-5 of them flying in their face. The leasing staff is terrible. They act rudely sometimes, like they are all goody goody or something. So I don't go to the office unless I really have to. You know I can go on and on! So I guess I'll just stop here! Move in with caution!
