I moved to Camden Crest two years ago from a really nice, gated community in Cary. I thought that place was nice, but the decision to move here was pretty easy. They take care of the apartments and the grounds. When it comes to noise, I have not had any problems. I hear some noise being on the first floor, but nothing that keeps me awake at night. The service is great and they have online service requests. No majors issues except my AC wasn't working last summer, but they came and fixed it the same day. Coming from a gated community, I had some concerns about safety but I have not had any problems or issues and feel pretty safe even on the first floor. This is a nice place to live. I can't speak to what other people have said, but I would recommend it.
