Due to this tropical storm we had, when I woke up that morning my carpet was soaken wet from the wall where the window is to my bed. Water was trickling down my blinds to where I had puddles of water on my window sill, I had to use cups and bowls to catch all of the water it rained so hard that the drywall where my blinds are started coming down due to all the rain we had. I felt like I was out in a rain forest. I had alot of water damage in my room. In my sons room his walls were wet and his carpet was soaken wet, the carpet was so wet that it started to mildew along with the base boards. There were some issues in the other bedroom but not as bad. So I put in a maintence request, 1 day went by nothing, 2 days went by nothing, so I finally call up to the office and try to figure out whats going on and the girl doesn't know anything. She said water damage issues has to be looked at by a contractor, and the contractor did take a look at the issues we were having but didn't tell them anything. How could he have not informed them of what was going on' Why didn't I get a phone call to say hey we need to order some materials to fix these issues or something dont just not say anything to inform me of what was going on. On top of that my son has asthma, so I'm not having him sleep in his room until it gets repaired. And I tried to tell the leasing girl that on the phone but she sounded like it really didn't even matter that my son was having problems with his asthma and that the problem needs to get fixed ASAP. She was more ready to get off the phone. Then later that night I just happened to look at he base boards where my bar area is and what do I see on the base boards' Yes, mildew! I was like you got to be kidding me! Move in with caution.

PLEASE DON'T MOVE IN TO CAMDEN INFEST!!!! THEY DON'T AND WON'T CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! I LIVED THERE AND WANT TO SAVE YOU LOTS OF GRIEF AND FRUSTRATION!!!
