University House is a great place to live. You live in a student community, which gives you the opportunity to meet other people your age. There is a pool, voley ball court, basketball court and a club house where you can hang out and have fun.
If you have any problems, the management usually solves them for you immediately. There is a 24 hour operator and a CA (assitant),which can help you any time.
As mentioned in others reviews, this place was a mess when I first moved here but after the management changed it became clean and safe. The only thing I don't like about University House is that they don't give any privilages to the people who have lived here for a long time. I have lived here for three years and all I got was a raise in my rent!! People who just moved in always get better deals than me.
The noise might be a problem if you are a very quiet person. The walls in the apartments are very thin and you can hear the noise of almost every apartment in your building!
Overall, is a fun place to live but the prices are too high!
