First off, the office staff was always nice, and they frequently have functions for residents. However, some of the amenities offered by the complex were never fulfilled, and when they tried to compensate, it was six months after the fact. The maintenance staff are mean and lazy, they drive around in golf carts and do no maintenance work whatsoever. The electricity bill is outrageous for a four bedroom apartment. The shuttle isn't that great, they are always crowded and late, I just gave up after a month. The apartment is incredibly expensive for what little you get. The appliances are all new, but there is no space and the ceilings are thin as paper. When our upstairs neighbors were simply walking around, it sounded as if they were bowling. The plumbing is crappy, and the temperature differences in the rooms vary from hot as hell to frigid, depending on which room you're in, even if the ac or heat is on. Therefore, there is no compromise with the thermostat, someone's gonna be unhappy. Overall, this place sucks.
